How to get your ticket(s)

1. Book your desired number of ticket(s) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF.

2. Collect your ticket(s) from the venue’s box office on the performance date, allowing plenty of time to do so. Please take your PDF booking confirmation and
employment or personal ID with you.

Additional information

• Gates open at 10am; re-entry allowed
• Performances begin at 11am on the Charles R Wood Discovery Stage
• Amphitheater performances begin at 12pm
• Children 12 and under are free only on the lawn for Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival. The free children’s tickets can be obtained at the gates upon entry.
