How To Get Your Ticket(s)

1. Select Tickets: Book your desired number of tickets from one of the available release sets and await an email from us confirming your order..

*Only select tickets from a single release set to ensure your group is seated together.

**Please note if you aren't able to checkout with the desired number of tickets you have selected, it means you will have to reduce the quantity to complete the order.

***If all tickets are sold out, join the waitlist to be notified about the next release.

****Please also note the account holder needs to be present at the event

2. Confirmation Email: After booking, you'll receive an order confirmation email from Tickets for Good.

3. Ticket Redemption: This event is being supplied by Ticketmaster. It typically takes a few minutes after your purchase for your ticket(s) to be ready to be redeemed directly from your Tickets for Good account. After a few minutes you'll also be sent an email from Ticketmaster with guidance to redeem your ticket(s).

4. Event Entry: Once redeemed, present your Ticketmaster e-ticket(s) and a valid personal ID at the event entrance.

• Seats are located in the sections 102-105, 118, and 120-121.

• Everyone 2 and up MUST have a ticket. Kids 1 year and under are free on an adult's lap.

• Doors Open 1 hour prior to showtime

• Parking at The Family Arena - $15 (Cash Only Upon Arrival). There are approximately 3,500 parking spaces on a lighted surface lot adjacent to the Family Arena. Handicapped parking is available in the southwest corner of the arena lot.

• The Family Arena has a CLEAR BAG POLICY. Clear bags must be 12in x 8in x 12in or smaller. Non-clear bags 10in x 8in x 10in or smaller also permitted. Exceptions are made for diaper or medical bags.
